UHZH-M Magnetostrictive Level Gauge (Transmitter)
More details
UHZH-D Type Magnetic Level Transmitter (Bundled Reed Switch Type)
UHZH-B Magnetic Float Level Gauge (Top-Mounted Reed Switch Type)
The UHZH‑M series magnetostrictive level transmitter is a modular, assembly‑type instrument developed by our company. It is widely used for level measurement in various flammable and explosive environments across industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, power generation, and metallurgy. Based on the magnetostrictive principle, it provides a two‑wire 4–20 mA + HART output as well as an RS‑485 digital output. The device boasts high resolution, high accuracy, superior safety and stability, exceptional reliability, fast response time, long service life, a wide measurement range, convenient installation and removal, and simple, rapid calibration. During operation, it remains unaffected by variations in medium‑induced bubbles, dielectric constant, operating pressure, or temperature.
The magnetic level transmitter (bundled reed‑switch type) is used in conjunction with a magnetic float‑type liquid level (interface) gauge to provide remote transmission of the liquid level. The transmitter’s sensing element consists of a circuit formed by a reed‑resistor chain. When the measured liquid level changes, the magnetic field generated by the moving float passes through the wall of the gauge’s main body, activating the reed contacts and producing a 4–20 mA output signal that corresponds to the change in resistance.
Our company’s UHZH‑B magnetic float level transmitter is a newly developed secondary remote‑transmission type level gauge (transmitter). It is widely used for measuring and controlling the liquid level of various media in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, power generation, metallurgy, papermaking, salt production, environmental protection, and urban infrastructure. By connecting to secondary instruments or industrial control systems, it enables remote display and control of liquid levels. This magnetic float level transmitter also exhibits excellent resistance to corrosive media, and its explosion‑proof version can be employed in flammable and explosive environments.
HDLZ Intelligent Float-Type Liquid (Interface) Level Transmitter The HDLZ-type intelligent float-type liquid (interface) level transmitter is a high-tech product directly imported from the original FISHER DLC3000 series intelligent level controller. It is assembled and debugged after importation. This product consists of two main components: an intelligent level transmitter head and a float-type torque tube sensor. It is designed to measure liquid level, interface level, and density, and outputs a 4–20mA + HART signal. By using a HART communicator compatible with the DLC3000 series intelligent level controllers, on-site operating conditions can be monitored. This allows for easy remote configuration and management of the transmitter.
Radar level measuring instrument with 80GHz frequency. Radar beams have unique focusing capabilities. Compared with 26G or 6G radar, it has the characteristics of higher frequency, shorter wavelength, smaller beam angle and more concentrated energy. Even in containers with built-in components, such as heating coils or stirring devices, the sensor provides reliable measurement results, and the attachment on the inner wall of the container does not affect the accurate measurement results.
The HCS type ultrasonic level gauge is a digital level meter controlled by a microprocessor. In the measurement of ultrasonic pulse by the sensor (probe), the sound wave reflected by the surface of the material is received by the same sensor, converted into electrical signals. The distance from the sensor to the measured object is calculated by the time between the emission and reception of the sound wave. Using non-contact measurement, can be widely used in a variety of liquid and solid material height measurement.
Guided wave radar is a measuring instrument based on the time travel principle. The radar wave runs at the speed of light, and the running time can be converted into a level signal by electronic components. The probe sends out a high-frequency pulse and propagates along the cable probe. When the pulse meets the surface of the material, it is reflected back and received by the receiver in the instrument, and the distance signal is converted into a level signal.
