1. Overview
UQK type magnetic level switch is widely used in various industries container level control, which is characterized by simple structure, easy installation, reliable work. When the liquid level reaches the high and low limit positions, the controller outputs the contact switch signal, which can realize the alarm of the liquid level and/or the control of the pump and the valve.
2. structure principle
The liquid level switch installed on the main pipe of the magnetic liquid level gauge and the liquid level gauge are in the same magnetic coupling system. The float in the main pipe of the liquid level gauge moves up and down with the change of the liquid level. When the float approaches the liquid level switch from bottom to top, the magnetic steel in the float acts on the reed tube in the switch to send out the on-off signal of the switch. The normally open reed switch is on when it is in a magnetic field and off when it is outside the magnetic field. The normally closed reed switch is turned off when it is in a magnetic field and turned on when it is outside the magnetic field.

Note: The reed switch type liquid level switch can be directly connected to the instrument alarm circuit system, such as PLC system and DCS system. If the drag load is an inductive load such as an AC contactor, it must pass through the conversion amplifier. If used in an inogenically safe system, an isolation barrier must be used.
