1. When the system is not working (boiler drum liquid level is zero): on the premise of ensuring that the positive and negative pressure chambers are filled with condensed water, close the balance valve, open the positive and negative phase valves, and open the vapor-liquid valve of the double-chamber balance container at the same time. At this time, the output should be 20MA and full scale, the output should be adjusted on site to 4MA, and the zero point should be moved to 100 negative scale.
2. When the system is working (boiler steam has liquid level): under the premise of ensuring that the positive and negative pressure chambers are full of condensed water, close the balance valve, open the positive and negative phase valves, and close the vapor-liquid valve of the double-chamber balance container.
3. When the measurement system works normally, the three groups of valves are: the balance valve is closed; the positive and negative phase valves are opened, and the gas and liquid phase valves of the two-chamber balance container are opened.
What are the characteristics of the built-in balance container? Let's take a brief look at it.
1. High precision, not affected by the water unsaturation in the drum and the temperature change of the reference water column of the external balance container. It can be seen from the formula that the pressure difference measured by the transmitter is the difference between the reference water column (saturated water) of the steam section and the saturated steam static pressure at the same height, which is different from any previous external balance container. However, the measurement of the drum water level by the external balance vessel is not only affected by the temperature change of the reference water column under the balance vessel, but the compensation formula is calculated under the assumption that the water in the drum is saturated, but in fact the water in the drum is undersaturated. The undersaturation also changes with the change of load. Therefore, the measurement accuracy of the inner balance vessel is much higher than that of the outer balance vessel.
2. Because the condensate tank is welded on the steam side sampling pipe of the steam drum, the saturated water after condensation can be added to the balance container in time, so as to ensure that the boiler can be quickly put into the steam drum water level measurement after ignition.
What are the precautions for the installation of the balance container? Let's take a brief look at it.
1. Before installation, review the manufacturing size and check the tightness of the internal pipeline. 2. The source valve is installed between the steam drum and the balance vessel. 3. The balance container shall be installed vertically, and its zero water level mark shall be on the same horizontal line as the zero water level line of the steam drum. 4. The drain pipe of the balance container should be led to the downcomer separately, and its horizontal section should be laid at the lower part of the connecting pipe near the drum side, and insulated from the connecting pipe. The vertical distance is about 10 meters, and the vertical section should not be insulated. The shut-off valve should be installed near the downcomer.
