The float level gauge consists of four basic parts: buoy, spring, magnetic steel chamber and indicator.  The structure of the float level gauge is mainly designed and manufactured according to the principle of buoyancy and static magnetic field. The position of the floating ball with magnet in the measured medium is affected by buoyancy, and the change of liquid level leads to the change of the position of the magnetic float. The function of the magnet and sensor (reed switch) in the floating ball is to change the number of components (such as fixed resistance) in series in the circuit, thus changing the power of the instrument circuit system. That is, the change of the position of the magnetic float causes the change of the electric quantity. The liquid level in the container is reflected by measuring the change in the amount of electricity.

(2) The output is unstable: check the line voltage, whether there is an intermittent short circuit, open circuit or multi-point grounding; whether the circuit board is faulty.

(3) High output: Check whether the process variable is out of range; Check the terminals, pins or sockets, check the power supply voltage, and whether the electronic circuit components are faulty.
