In order to solve the above technical problems, we provide an automatic dehydrator for oil tanks, which includes a draft tube, a temperature controller, a main controller, a main sensor, a manual outlet valve, a dehydration regulating valve and a junction box. One end of the guide pipe of the automatic dehydrator of the oil tank is provided with an oil return port, the other end is provided with a water outlet, the oil return port end of the draft tube is provided with a mounting flange and an observation port, and the middle and lower part of the draft tube is provided with a steam interlayer. The steam interlayer is provided with a steam inlet pipe and a steam outlet pipe, the steam inlet pipe is connected with a temperature controller, the steam outlet pipe is provided with a drain valve, the upper part of the main sensor is connected with a main controller, the lower part of the main sensor is installed in the middle of the draft tube, the manual outlet valve and the dehydration regulating valve are installed at the water outlet end of the draft tube, and the manual outlet valve is located outside the dehydration regulating valve.
The dehydration regulating valve of the automatic dehydrator of the oil tank, the main controller and the junction box are connected in sequence. The filter screen, the cylinder, the scraper and the sewage storage tank. The filter screen, the scraper, the sewage storage tank and the cylinder are arranged at the oil return port end of the draft tube. The scraper is located outside the filter screen, and the sewage storage tank is arranged on the lower side of the draft tube. The bottom of the sewage storage tank is provided with a sewage outlet and a slave sensor. The upper part of the slave sensor is connected with the slave controller, and the lower part of the slave sensor is installed in the middle of the draft tube. The sewage storage tank is oval, and its long axis end is parallel to the draft tube. The upper part of the sewage storage tank is provided with an elastic pressing plate, and the length of the elastic pressing plate is between the length of the long axis of the sewage storage tank and the length of the short axis of the sewage storage tank. The inside of the filter net and the outside of the scraper are provided with control valves, the conduit between the control valves is provided with a cleaning pipe, and the cleaning pipe is provided with a cleaning pipe valve.
The beneficial effect of the above-mentioned oil tank automatic dehydrator is that a filter screen, a cylinder, a scraper and a dirt storage tank are added to the oil tank automatic dehydrator. Through the contraction and expansion of the cylinder, the scraper moves up and down to deposit on the filter screen. The dirt is scraped into the dirt storage tank, and the dirt in the dirt storage tank is cleaned through the sewage outlet, which is convenient to clean and ensure the normal dehydration. The length of the elastic pressing plate is between the length of the long axis of the sewage storage tank and the length of the short axis of the sewage storage tank. When the fluid passes through, the elastic pressing plate is pressed down by the pressure of the fluid, so the sewage will not impact in reverse. The control valve and the cleaning pipe are set to facilitate the cleaning of the residue in the sewage storage tank. The guide pipe is of ordinary structure or straight tail structure, which can meet the needs of different working environments.
