In the daily operation of oil depot, oil tank dehydration is an indispensable and important work. In the process of exploitation, transportation, loading and unloading, crude oil will inevitably be brought into water, and only after dehydration can it enter the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, otherwise it will cause tower flushing and fire. In the refining process of refined oil, due to the processing technology, it will inevitably bring water, and it can only be sold after dehydration.

However, the oil tank automatic dewatering machine on the market is not only complicated in structure, but also single in function. The traditional oil tank automatic dehydrator is not convenient to clean the residue accumulated in the oil tank. Flushing the tank with water can only clean the residue on the surface wall of the tank. The sediment sticks to the bottom of the fuel tank and cannot be cleaned, which affects the normal use of the automatic dewatering machine of the fuel tank. The traditional oil tank automatic dewatering machine does not have a boom, and the oil tank automatic dewatering machine cannot understand the working conditions inside the oil tank during use. For example, the floating barrel cannot float up and down normally due to damage, the water cannot be discharged normally, and the situation of the dewatering system cannot be judged in time, which brings inconvenience to production and reduces work efficiency. Therefore, we need to use the oil tank automatic dehydrator.

Our purpose is to provide an automatic dehydrator for oil tanks to solve the problem that the traditional automatic dehydrator for oil tanks is inconvenient to clean the slag in the oil tank. Without a boom, the automatic dehydrator cannot know the working conditions in the oil tank when in use., To solve the problem that the floating barrel cannot float up and down normally, the water cannot be discharged normally, and the dehydration system cannot be judged in time, thus causing inconvenience to production and reducing work efficiency.

In order to achieve the above objectives, we adopt the following technical solutions: an automatic dehydrator for an oil tank, including an oil tank, a base is provided at the bottom of the oil tank, a motor is fixed on one side of the base, and a drain port is provided on the side of the motor away from the base. One side of the oil tank is provided with a drain pipe, one end of the drain pipe is fixed with a flange cover, and the upper part of the oil tank is fixed with a rotating shaft. A scraper is installed on the rotating shaft, a piston is arranged at the upper end of the other end of the drain pipe, a connecting rod is arranged above the piston, a floating bucket is arranged on the connecting rod, and a counterweight is fixed on the top of the connecting rod. The flange cover is provided with a water inlet, one side of the water inlet is provided with an exhaust port, and the side away from the water inlet is provided with a thermometer. A fixed rod is arranged in the flange cover, a boom is fixed in the fixed rod, and the motor is electrically connected with an external power supply. The oil tank is fixedly connected with the flange cover through bolts, and the motor is rotatably connected with the scraper through a rotating shaft. The fixing rod is provided with a limiting buckle, and the bottom of the fixing device is provided with a foot pad.

Compared with the prior art, the above-mentioned oil tank automatic dehydrator has the following beneficial effects:(1) The oil tank automatic dehydrator is provided with a scraper, and the motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, and at the same time drives the scraper to rotate to scrape the residue deposited on the bottom of the oil tank. Rinse the oil tank with clean water, open the valve on the sewage outlet, and drain the sediment out of the oil tank, which is convenient for cleaning, which is helpful for long-term. (2) The automatic dehydrator of the oil tank is equipped with a boom. When the floating bucket in the fuel tank floats up, push the boom to move upward, otherwise the boom will drop. By observing the lifting of the boom, the state of the dehydration system in the oil tank can be known. If the floating barrel fails, it can be found in time and repaired, which brings convenience to production.
