The balance vessel is divided into two main structures: single-chamber balance vessel and double-chamber balance vessel.
The double-chamber balance vessel consists of two chambers inside and outside. Measure the water level of the boiler drum and use a double-chamber balance vessel. The double-chamber parallel container is composed of pipes, elbows, water cups, etc. Because saturated steam heats and autoclaved pipes and elbows at the same time, the weight of saturated water is nearly equal under any circumstances under the corresponding drum pressure. At the same time, due to the correct selection of the height of the positive pressure compensation tube, no matter how the pressure in the bubble changes, the pressure change of the positive pressure compensation tube is equal, so the pressure difference generated by the flat container remains unchanged. In addition, since the water temperature in the cross-section of the positive and negative pressure pipes and the like led from the balance container is affected by the change of the roller pressure and the room temperature, their changes are equal, so there is no effect on the pressure difference generated in the parallel container.
The single-chamber balance container has a simple structure, and the water level of the low-pressure container is measured by electric welding, with good sealing performance and high pressure resistance. The upper and lower end faces are made of flanges with a thickness of 2cm, and the pipe body is made of seamless pipe. They are joined together by electric welding and can weigh about 3kg. According to the principle of single chamber parallel vessel, lead a pipe from the sampling hole on the steam side of the drum to the parallel vessel. The saturated steam entering the balance vessel is continuously condensed into water through heat exchange with the outside, and the excess water flows back to the steam drum through the sampling pipe due to the overflow principle, so that the water level in the balance vessel remains unchanged.
Install the balance vessel: 1. Before installing the balance vessel, ensure that there is no leakage in the balance vessel, all connecting valves and pipelines, and the pressure levels of parallel vessels and boiler drums should be the same; 2. Before installing the balance vessel, keep the barrel clean to prevent impurities from entering the balance vessel, causing inaccurate measurement or damaging the vessel; 3. The transmitter connected with the balance vessel should be installed below the pressure taking point, ensure the verticality of the installation of the balance container; 4. The size of the connecting flange between the balance container and the drum or the specification of the welding interface pipe should correspond; 5. Weld the soda-water interface of the balance container with the outside of the steam drum isolation valve to ensure its vertical installation. Because the double-chamber balance container is relatively heavy, the bottom should be supported by channel steel, and the supporting surface should be smooth to prevent damage to the equipment due to displacement caused by expansion.
