First of all, you should be clear that when using the float level gauge, you should pay attention to the use of density should be consistent with the design density. If the density changes, you need to change the parameters again to calibrate the instrument. During installation, install the inner cylinder correctly and clean the anti-vibration adhesive on the inner cylinder. In addition, the accessories of the outer cylinder should be kept perpendicular to the ground as much as possible to avoid friction between the inner float and the inner wall of the outer cylinder, which will affect the measurement. During disassembly, try to protect the torque tube to prevent it from being damaged by force. After installation, before debugging and use, move the sensor locking slider to the unlocking position according to the indicated direction, and then reset the float level gauge to zero. Of course, confirm that the power supply is safe and reliable. Do not use unpaired hand-held operators to operate the instrument; float-type level gauges should not be used in areas with high vibration; float-type level gauges should not be used for high-viscosity media; ambient temperature should not exceed 80 degrees Celsius to avoid damage Electronic components; after the product is debugged, tighten the display screen and power cover to prevent the instrument from getting damp.
When using the float level gauge, attention should be paid to the vertical installation of the instrument to work normally. When leaving the factory, it has been debugged according to the technical conditions provided by the user, and generally does not need to be adjusted by the user. If the measured actual average density does not match the provided average density, the calibration is performed based on the actual density. The next thing to note is that when installing the inner buoy, check whether the mounting flange surface and the container are horizontal, and then install the gasket and install it correctly. If the average number of pages fluctuates greatly, anti-expansion tubes should be installed to ensure accuracy. Before installation, check the straightness of the upper and lower flanges of the container to ensure that the float level gauge is installed vertically. Or when the vertical installation display of the float level gauge is not at the zero position, the zero position can be offset according to the product instruction manual. After adjusting the zero position, fix the indicating mechanism firmly on the magnetic steel measuring chamber with screws.
