What is the principle of a balanced container? Let's take a brief look at it.
The balance container is welded by positive pressure compensation pipe, water cup, funnel and other parts. During the working process, the heat released by the condensation of saturated steam heats the positive pressure compensation pipe and the negative pressure pipe at the same time. The external insulation of the balance vessel reduces the heat loss, so that the weight of the water in the positive pressure compensation pipe is approximately equal to that in the steam drum (or pressure vessel) under any working conditions. Since the height of the positive pressure compensation pipe is correctly selected, the pressure of the positive pressure compensation pipe is equal to that of the negative pressure of the same no matter how the pressure inside the container, therefore, the output pressure difference of the double-chamber balance container remains unchanged, that is, the water level indicated by the low water level remains unchanged. Once the water level changes, the output pressure difference also changes, so the low water level indicator can display the water level in the container in real time.
The balance vessel is equipped with a water level indicator or differential pressure transmitter, which can monitor the drum water level under the boiler start-stop and normal operation conditions, and output differential pressure (AP) signal when the water level changes to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
Under normal working conditions, the water level in the boiler drum cannot be directly measured in the double-chamber balance container, so the outlet pipe measurement method is often used. However, its disadvantage is that the temperature difference between the outlet pipe and the drum is large, so the density of water is different from that in the drum, resulting in certain measurement errors. The double-chamber balance container is used because saturated steam condenses and releases heat in the room during its working process, the positive pressure compensation pipe and the negative pressure compensation pipe are heated, the outer layer of the balance vessel is provided with sufficient protective layer, the heat loss is reduced, and the temperature of the balance vessel is close to the temperature in the steam drum. The density of the water in the positive pressure compensation pipe and the negative pressure pipe is approximately equal to the density of the water in the steam drum under any working conditions. Since the height of the positive pressure compensation pipe is correctly selected, when the water level of the drum is unchanged, the pressure in the drum will change anyway, and the pressure change value of the positive pressure compensation pipe is equal to that of the negative pressure pipe, so the output pressure difference of the double-chamber balance vessel remains unchanged, I .e. Once the water level in the drum changes, the pressure difference of the output of the balance container changes linearly, so the low water level indicator can timely display the water level in the drum.
