The float level gauge has the advantages of simple and firm structure, intuitive reading, eye-catching, and wide range. Especially suitable for strong corrosive range, high viscosity, do not need accurate measurement of the occasion.
The float level gauge is designed according to the principle of force balance. When the liquid level in the tank is at a certain position, the weight W of the buoy, the weight W1 of the hammer pointer, the buoyancy F of the buoy immersed in the liquid level, and the friction F in the whole system, the four forces are in equilibrium (I. e. W-F-W1-f = 0).
When the liquid level rises, the buoyancy F of the liquid becomes larger because the steel wire hangs the buoy and floats along the guiding steel wire, causing the four forces of the original balance system to lose balance. Under the action of gravity, the pointer of the heavy hammer slides down, continuously indicating the rising height of the liquid level on the scale. It can also be explained that when the liquid level drops, the buoyancy F of the buoy decreases, so that the steel wire and the liquid level drop synchronously. Because the weight of the buoy is greater than the weight of the weight pointer, the pointer moves upward, also when the liquid level continues to drop and change. The heavy hammer pointer can continuously indicate the drop of the liquid level, so as to achieve the purpose of accurately measuring the change of the liquid level.
Installation
※Tip: If the buoy used for boundary position measurement cannot be put into use immediately after installation, the drain valve and equipment connecting valve should be turned off and the outer cylinder should be filled with water to prevent the buoy from not being put into use for a long time and damaging its measurement performance.
a)When installing, the outer cylinder must be vertical to the horizontal plane, ifHDLZIf the intelligent buoy transmitter and other parts are packaged separately, the inner cylinder, transmitter and outer cylinder shall be as shown in the figure.1Install as shown, if it is already assembled as a whole.Coperation.

b)When installing the inner cylinder, first remove the shock absorber on the inner cylinder. , and then carry the connector hook on the inner cylinder with your fingers to make the hook in the unlocked state (∩ shape,Figure3), sleeve the connector into the end of the lever, as shown in Fig.2, and then turn the pull hook to the locking position (showingForm,Figure3) The inner cylinder is locked on the lever.
