So, let's take a look at how to correctly install the buoy level gauge.
The buoy level gauge takes the float as the measuring element. When the liquid level changes, the float floats up and down. The weight (including magnetic steel) in the main vertical pipe is driven by the drag cable connected to the float to move synchronously and reversely. The magnetic coupling between the magnetic steel and the magnetic flap drives the magnetic flap to flip 180. When the liquid level rises, the display shows the liquid level height in red, and the red is below. As the liquid level rises, the red color gradually increases from top to bottom, and the white color gradually decreases from bottom to top, so that the display continuously spends the height of the liquid level in red.
Welding and installation of the underwire support: according to the requirements of the movement direction of the buoy level gauge, determine the position at the bottom of the container, and fix the underwire support by welding or riveting. If the equipment does not have the welding conditions, the underwire support can be fixed by heavy anchor bolts. If the liquid level in the container does not fluctuate, the guide wire may not be installed.
Guide wire installation of buoy level gauge
(1) Straighten the steel wire and fix it on the lower bracket. Be careful not to bend or knot the steel wire, so as not to affect the up and down movement of the buoy.
(2) Pass the guide wire through the guide ear hook of the float level gauge float, then pass through the hook head screw, fix the end of the wire and clamp it with the wire clamp, tighten the hook nut to make it in tension, then tighten the upper nut to prevent Loose, and then cover the plug.
(3) The two guide wires should be perpendicular to the ground and parallel to each other with a spacing of 300mm.
The length of the buoy level gauge is determined according to the range provided by the user when ordering, and is required during installation.
(1) The connecting part of the scale should be straight and smooth, and there should be no protrusions, so as not to affect the normal operation of the weight pointer or cause measurement errors.
(2) The scale shall be vertical to the liquid level in the tank and shall not be inclined. The verticality of the installation of the scale should not be greater than 5, so as not to jam the weight pointer and cause the measurement failure.
(3) When welding the tripod of the scale, try to make the mounting surface and mounting hole on the same plane as the above figure, that is, to ensure that the scale surface of the scale and the pointers on both sides of the weight are straight. Straight line, so that the weight pointer on the scale flexibly move up and down.
Installation of buoy level gauge and weight pointer: one end of buoy and connecting line is clamped and fixed by wire clamp, and then the other end of connecting line is put into two pre-installed guide wheel boxes, and the pointer is connected with counterweight, and the weight pointer is clamped and fixed by wire clamp. Then adjust the guide pulley bracket to make the connecting line perpendicular to the horizontal plane, so that the buoy can move flexibly on the guide line without slipping, sticking, kinking, knotting, rolling, damage and other phenomena.
