Side-by-side flange connection, the flange short pipe welded on the process vessel, the center distance between the upper and lower flanges, and the direction of the flange connection bolt hole are consistent with the curved shell flange. The surface of the flange is in the same vertical plane, and the center of the flange is in the same vertical line.
For the bending of float level gauge, if upper and lower thread connection or upper and lower flange connection is adopted, the pipe fitting size shall be prefabricated before cutting. The upper and lower flanges are at the same distance to ensure that the shell is installed on the top of the outer pontoon in a vertical position = 1.2 "nut or plug for field calibration. The bottom is equipped with drainage S joint-the valve used by the buoyancy level gauge can only be used after passing the pressure test and leakage test. The materials and specifications of the flange and pipe fittings meet the design requirements. The float level gauge will be tested together with the equipment after installation after use.
