In addition, there are two high-pressure and low-pressure pipelines in the device, which are connected to the pressure transmitter outside. After the high-pressure pipe condenses into water, a differential pressure is generated with the low-pressure pipe connected to the drum water, and the differential pressure is transmitted to the pressure transmitter. The high pressure value and low pressure value of the drum water level are different, and the continuous display of the drum water level can be obtained through the calculation of the instrument or DCS. It can be intelligently controlled with electric control valve to form automatic control of boiler feed water. The electrical contact signal is not continuous, and the automatic control is difficult. The measurement deviation of this product is small. In particular, the signal is stable, the tracking is rapid, and the actual water level of the steam drum can be fed back in time. Long service life. Of course, the main measurement principle of this product is to use the differential pressure signal on the positive pressure side and the negative pressure side to transmit to the transmitter, and the transmitter sends the signal to the DCS for public calculation to realize water level measurement.
