Float level gauge is a mechanical level measuring instrument. Instrument structure of float level gauge: the level gauge consists of five parts: float, guide pulley, heavy hammer pointer, traction rope, display scale or magnetic flap.

1. Float: The float is welded by two stainless steel (or carbon steel) hollow cones and a stainless steel (or carbon steel) hollow cylinder. The guide rings are welded on both sides of the float to play a guiding role. The function of the float is to directly transmit the buoyancy of the liquid level change to the traction rope, so that the traction rope transmits the liquid level change to the hammer pointer, thereby realizing the on-site indication of the liquid level change.

2. Traction cable: Hang a float at one end of the connecting wire. The other end is connected with the hammer pointer, and the middle part is enclosed in the steel pipe.

3. Guide pulley: designed according to the geometric shape of the liquid level tank on site and the installation requirements of the instrument, it is composed of two parts that connect the steel wire guide pulley and the check pulley shell. The main function is to guide the connecting wire and reduce the resistance of the system rotation.

4. Heavy hammer pointer: made of A3F steel, the middle is made of pointer form. The corresponding scale value pointed by the pointer is the measured liquid level, which moves synchronously with the connecting traction rope as the float changes. When the magnetic flip panel shows, the hammer pointer is replaced with a steel tube with magnetic steel inside.

5. Display scale: alloy aluminum or stainless steel pressed by the user according to the actual working conditions. The standard value is engraved on the surface, the unit is cm, and the height of each section is 1m. When the magnetic trigger is displayed, it is replaced by a red and white trigger.

The structure of the float level gauge switch is designed and manufactured according to the basic principles of water buoyancy and static magnetic field. Floating ball with magnetic field (hereinafter referred to as floating ball) is endangered by the buoyancy of water in the measured substance: the change of liquid level causes the change of the floating part with magnetic field. The magnetic field in the float and the inductor (reed switch) function generate the power switch data signal.
